	The Nene Whitewater Centre
	The Nene Whitewater Centre is open to the Public for Paddling, and there is no better place locally to learn to canoe or kayak. Courses and tuition can be booked directly on 01604 634040 Please phone to check that the Centre is open before you turn up

Do your Feet Hurt?   Do you wish that your boots fitted better?  At Tradewinds, they will!      We are the only store in the Region to be: A Member of the Society of Shoe Fitters.* And a SIDAS Expert Fit Centre. And an accredited Phil Oren Advanced Fit Centre.  Have your boots modified on site for a perfect fit whilst you wait. Have a custom-built pair of insoles moulded specifically for you in under an hour(from £50). We can also modify your everyday shoes to be as comfortable as your boots (only £10 if not bought from us). *Membership only accepted on passing a rigorous entrance exam (there are only TWO members in the whole of the outdoor industry)

The University of Northampton is conducting undergraduate primary research at Tradewinds Outdoor on boot sizing. If you are interested and want to take part, just ask in the store or phone: 01933 276632.

Participants will be asked a few simple questions and have their feet measured. The whole process normally takes less than 20 minutes.

If you are coming to look for boots, the only extra work is answering a few simple questions. You do not have to buy boots to take part in the trial. By participating, you will be helping undergraduate education. The trial is running from now until November 2008.
